INSTRUCTIONS

1. Any student offering MTS101/MTH101 whose name does not appear on this list should complete the Makeup assessment on the learning platform.

2. Any student who wishes to improve their score should also complete the Makeup on the learning platform.

3. Students whose names are highlighted in red must complete the Makeup and provide their correct Control Number in the format: 2025/101/1234.

4. Ensure that you provide your correct Matric Number in the format: MTS/12/2641.

5. Ensure your JAMB Registration number is available on the Score sheet. If NOT,  you should also complete the Makeup on the learning platform.

6. After completing the Makeup, please be patient. The updated score sheet will be available online on 18th April 2026.
